PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER | Vollzeit

What You Bring to the Table:

• Lead and execute high-performing paid social & SEA campaigns - with a strong focus on Instagram and Meta Ads - to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility as we expand into the US market.
• Manage and optimize our digital ads, primarily Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, P-MAX) to drive acquisition.
• Lead awareness and customer acquisition efforts in a new market and ensure strong initial traction.
• Expand and optimize campaigns and test new audiences, ad formats, and messages across additional channels.
• Strategically allocate and optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROAS & CPA efficiency.
• Continuously test and optimize audience segmentation, creative variations, bidding strategies, and placements for scalable growth.
• Own and track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, AOV, CVR) with a focus on achieving profitable customer acquisition and long-term growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as creative, data, and eCommerce teams to ensure paid media aligns with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and industry innovations, leveraging AI-driven automation and optimization tools.

Your ingredients:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social (Instagram-first, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) & SEA (Google Ads, YouTube, P-MAX, Microsoft Ads).
• Proven ability to profitably scale campaigns, manage large budgets and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager and reporting tools.
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, bid automation, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to independently analyze campaign performance and optimize in real-time based on data insights.
• Strong ability to collaborate with creative, analytics and eCommerce teams to drive performance.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a bias for action in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Experience with automation tools, AI-based bidding platforms, and DSPs.
• Fluent in English.
• Extensive experience working with the US market.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for developing impactful campaigns that drive measurable growth.
